You are responsible for your own transportation from your residence to Dubai, as well as the accommodation fees and planification. LYRA ETK is ONLY in charge of the meal during the 2-day training (see question below).

Yes, you are responsible for your travel and accommodation. Unfortunately, they will not be able to attend the training during the 2-day training.

By taxi. The cream-colored taxis are lying just outside each of the airport terminals which run 24/7.

By Subway. You’ll find 2 airport subways stations: one at terminal 1 and one at terminal 3. The Red Subway Line stops at both stations and travel to the city center.

Friday 17^th of May: you will have coffee breaks, and lunch at the INDIGO Hotel, and dinner with the LYRA ETK team. The restaurant for the dinner on Friday night will be communicated with the confirmation email prior to the event.

Saturday 18^th, of May: you will have coffee breaks and lunch with the LYRA ETK team at the INDIGO Hotel.

You can answer the question on the registration form. It is under the section “Specific diet?”. We will consider every specific diet in the group while choosing the catering service and restaurant.

The training will be held at the Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. The training room will be indicated with LYRA ETK sign.

A member of the LYRA ETK team will welcome you at the entrance of the training center.

Friday 17^th of May: the training starts at 9:00 am and finishes at 5 pm. We will meet for dinner at 8:00 pm.

Saturday 18^th of May: the training starts at 9: 00 and finishes at 5 pm.

Yes, you can cancel your participation to the training. Please send an email to events@lyraetk.com. See below the conditions of cancellation. 

• Cancellations received 3 months prior to the training date will be accepted and you will receive a full refund of the initial price.
• Cancellations received 2 months prior to the training date will be accepted and you will receive a 50% refund of the initial price.
• Cancellations received 1 month prior to the training date will be accepted and you will receive a 25% refund of the initial price.
• Cancellations received 3 weeks prior to the training date will be accepted but you will not be reimbursed for the full amount of the training.

Once you registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the list of material needed for the training.

Yes, you will receive of attendance for 15 hours of training. This will be upon the discretion and evaluation of the trainer.

Currently our organization is unfortunately not able to provide such credits. Please see with your local Ministry of Health.
