Gender equality index

In accordance with the law of 5 September 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future and its application decree of 8 January 2019, aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men, ETK is publishing its Gender Equality Index.

WHAT DOES THIS INDEX CONSIST OF?

The gender equality index is a score out of 100, based on 5 indicators:

  • The gender pay gap (out of 40 points).
  • The difference in annual increases (20 points).
  • The promotion gap (15 points).
  • Increases on return from maternity leave (15 points).
  • The presence of women among the company's highest earners (10 points).

THE GENDER EQUALITY INDEX AT ETK :

  • ETK's gender equality index as of 31 December 2022 is 53 points out of 100.

Here are the details:

For ETK:

  • Gender pay gap indicator: 5/40
  • Indicator Gap in rate of increase between women and men: 35/35
  • Indicator Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners: 5/10
  • Indicator Percentage of employees receiving a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave: not calculable
