LYRA ETK is launching its new Bone Level implant, iBone® S, specifically designed to improve the management of at-risk patients and resorbed ridges.

These at-risk patients — particularly those with metabolic factors, a history of periodontal disease, or limited bone availability — require safer, more predictable solutions that respect the implanted site.

The new iBone® S implant has been developed to secure these complex clinical situations thanks to:

The iBone® philosophy: preserve biology, improve predictability

The new-generation iBone® implant is the first bio-logic implant, designed to make space for living bone and preserve the biological properties of the recipient site. Less invasive, it reduces oral metal exposure without compromising mechanical strength.

Its specific design allows:

• A narrower body combined with fine and deep threads, reducing metal in the mouth by 34%
• A 42% increase in bone–implant contact surface, optimizing healing
• Gentle insertion thanks to fine threads and a reduced pitch (0.8), limiting bone heating and promoting recovery (–42% measured bone stress)
