]]> Objective: The objective of this study is to describe a technique for immediate placement of full-arch implants and immediate loading in the rehabilitation of a receding dentition using a 3D-printed stackable surgical guide.

Conclusion: A stackable surgical guide derived from a digital workflow can increase the predictability of immediate implant insertion and immediate loading of an implant-supported provisional fixed prosthesis.
